Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mellow Weddings, operated by Panos Restaurant Group (“Mellow Weddings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit mellowweddings.com (the “Site”), request a quote, or book a call with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit our quote-request form or schedule a call, you may give us:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number;
  • Details about your event, such as your wedding or event date, estimated guest count, event type, venue, and any notes or preferences you share;
  • Any other information you choose to include in a message to us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • Device and browser type, operating system, and screen size;
  • IP address and general (city/region-level) location;
  • Pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, time on page, and referring website or ad;
  • Identifiers used to measure ad performance and reduce duplicate reporting.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your quote request and provide a custom catering estimate;
  • Schedule and conduct calls and provide catering services you request;
  • Communicate with you about your inquiry, event, and our services;
  • Measure and improve the performance of the Site and our advertising;
  • Detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. These help us understand how visitors use the Site and measure the effectiveness of our ads. Our partners include:

  • Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads) — site analytics and ad measurement;
  • Meta (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) — ad measurement and audience matching for Facebook and Instagram;
  • PostHog — product and site analytics.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of certain advertising cookies via the Digital Advertising Alliance, Google Analytics Opt-out, and your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site works.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site and our business — for example, Google (form and file storage, email), Cal.com (call scheduling), Zoom (video calls), and the analytics and advertising providers listed above — who process information on our behalf;
  • Advertising partners (Google and Meta), which may receive identifiers to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads;
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public;
  • In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Some sharing with advertising partners may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under certain state privacy laws. See Your privacy rights below to opt out.

5. Third-party services

When you book a call, scheduling is handled by Cal.com and calls take place over Zoom. When you submit the quote form, your details are stored in Google services and emailed to us. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your information.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of your information. To make a request, email us at nick@mellowcater.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You can opt out of most advertising cookies using the tools linked in Section 3.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults planning weddings and events. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

11. Contact us
