These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mellowweddings.com (the “Site”), operated by Mellow Weddings / Panos Restaurant Group (“Mellow Weddings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is a marketing website that lets you learn about our wedding and event catering, request a quote, and schedule a call. Using the Site does not create a catering contract. Any catering services are governed by a separate written agreement between you and us.
Quotes, prices, menus, and availability presented through or after your inquiry are estimates for planning purposes only, may change, and are not binding until confirmed in a signed catering agreement. Nothing on the Site is an offer that you can accept to form a catering contract.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to submit a request through the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — are owned by Mellow Weddings / Panos Restaurant Group or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. “Mellow Mushroom” and related marks are the property of their respective owners. You may not use our content or marks without our prior written permission.
The Site uses and may link to third-party services, such as Cal.com for scheduling and Zoom for video calls. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mellow Weddings and Panos Restaurant Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mellow Weddings, Panos Restaurant Group, and our officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
